Nantucket Owner’s Manual — A guide to leaving the island better than you found it, is an idea that came out of a particularly contentious town meeting. A community that should have been able to come together to protect itself was divided by misinformation and bias. And, as a result, very little got done. This publication is designed to be an academic journal of sorts — an effort to create a clearinghouse of ideas to make the island better. Ideas that have been vetted and peer-reviewed by the island’s best minds in a range of areas. Real estate and development, construction, healthcare, ecology, non-profits, sustainability, mental health and business. This site will be subscription- and donation-supported.
