The STR debate has raged (And I mean raged) for several years on Nantucket. But there’s a good chance that we might be able to see town meeting agree on a new article that came out of an effort by two citizens (one of whom is our guest) and the Select Board to craft something simple and achievable. This episode will; help anyone get a handle on the STR question as well as a basic understanding of how some articles come into being. I was lucky enough to spend some time with my long-time pal, Michael and we sat down outdoors in a warm place. (Please forgive the less-than-stellar recording quality.) 🙂
